We maintain flexibility and the ability to react to short term customer requests, by ensuring that all stages of production are under our control and inspection procedures. Production in Germany provides us with the advantages of efficient infrastructure, skilled and efficient workforces, extreme flexibility and short production cycles.




Quality has We take advantage of our German location by sourcing our raw materials and components from suppliers who are mainly located in Germany or Europe. In product development the choice of raw materials, manufacturing methods and packaging are controlled by ecological concerns, e. g. we only use cadmium-free plastics and chlorine-free packaging materials. Special contracts with our raw materials sup-pliers, guarantee that all our ecological requirements are met. The disposal of all packaging material is handled in cooperation with our partners Duales System Deutschland (DSD) and Interseroh GmbH (ISD) and foreign institutions.

Quality has many faces

The possibilities we offer our customer regarding product design and features are immense. Through our own development and since producing in our plant in Germany, IKRAmogatec can implement OEM requirements without problems and within a short period of time. We realize customer requirements such as product colour, special technical parts, housing designs up to special customer packagings. At all times, we meet and guarantee the safety regulations and guidelines (VDE/GS, CE). Possible modifications from the mainstream or results from Product Test Foundations are followed up on and technically implemented within the shortest of time.

A very important factor when realizing new developments or product improve-ments, is that we strictly follow the compatibility of accessory parts. Important parts which are susceptible to wear and tear such as hedge-trimmer and grass-shear blades, replacement nylonline spools, battery packs, guide bars and saw chains have remained almost unchanged for the last 10 years and yet do not disturb the technological progression and innova-tions of the IKRAmogatec product range.
