For more than 30 years, IKRAmogatec has been manufactoring high quality lawn- and garden products. Throughout those years we have provided our costumers with quality, individuality, flexibility and attractive prices. The course of success began with the launch of the first grass-trimmer in 1977 by the company founder Reinhard H. Jachmann.

IKRAmogatec`s proven track record of being an innovative company, continuously searching for methods of improving it`s products, places the company in the position of being able to manufacture products which succeed in the market place and give customers satisfaction for many years.
In the future we intend to continue our successful progress with a large range of gardening products, numerous product developments and innovations.
As of today IKRAmogatec products are characterised by outstanding high quality and an extremely long life. IKRAmogatec is known for its unsurpassed friendly and reliable service.
We develop and manufacture our products according to the latest technical standards - CAD- and CNC-systems are incorporated into our standards.
During the development of IKRAmogatec designs, both functionality and ergonomics are just as important as a modern style. National and international designers collaborate with our own engineers in new product developments. Research, prototyping and intensive laboratory tests support the development of our new products.

1977 Joint-venture with AEG for development and production of grass-trimmers
1978 Start of production of ikra`s first electric chainsaw
Start of production of ikra`s first electric hedge-trimmer
Start of production of ikra`s first cordless grass shear and cordless grass-trimmer
Establishment of the manufacturing company Mogatec in Saxony by Reinhard H. Jachmann (18 employees). In the years following the setting up strong expansion of both companies
Employment of 385 persons in the group. Total turnover: 62 million Euro on an output of 1.8 million units p.a.
